The Children's Immunization Network

IMPACT, The Children's Immunization Network lets you know when your child's immunizations are due.
Children need most of their shots before they are 2 years old. Many parents find it hard to remember the right time and number of shots their child needs to be protected. The Ohio Department of Health is helping to solve the problem.
A computer program called IMPACT will keep track of your child's shot records and will call you when the next shot is due. It is FREE and will help keep your child healthy.
This free service provides all Ohio parents with:
· Names of doctors and clinics nearest to your neighborhood that give shots
· Your child's shot records whenever you need it
· A reminder about your child's next shot date
· Instant answers about childhood diseases
Remember:
The IMPACT system can be reached at 1-800-946-6863, 24-hours a day. It features information on the dates and types of shots your child has received. It helps to keep your child healthy.
With a local or toll-free call, you can:
· Enroll your child
